Each year on a regular basis we offer an introductory course to The Art and Science of Mindfulness Meditation. For upcoming dates please follow us here.

We offer mindfulness meditation courses also for private, small and self-organized groups (e.g. friends or families). These courses can be designed for your individual needs. Please contact us if you are interested to work with us this way. ​

Individual Mentoring

One on One Sessions

​

Mindfulness and meditiation practises can help us establish deep and liberating relationships with ourselves, with the people in our lives and our sourrounding. As experiences meditation teacher and coaches, we offer one-on-on sessions to support awareness and for living a more present and purposeful life. 

​

Our practices helped clients to:

  • establish fomal and informal mindfulness practices

  • establish regular practice of sitting meditation

  • attent to the present moment experience in a supported and structured way

  • navigate change

  • transform patterns that do not serve you

  • restore confidence

  • build resilience

  • embodied presence

  • mindful leadership and self-leadership

* 45 Minutes weekly mentoring sessions take place via videochat. New clients are encouraged to make 2-3 month initial commitment.

**Please note: mentorship is not therapy or a substitute for therapy. We love therapy! But are not trained to work with you in that way. Meditation mentorship is a different way to open up new possibilities for healing and growth.
