Mindfulness means approaching your own experience in the present moment with awareness and openness. This 7-session online course is ideal to raise your awareness and integrating the practice of meditation into your live. In this program you will learn step by step how you can better manage stress, physical and emotional discomfort through specific mindfulness practices (sitting meditations, body scans and light movement exercises). The course is designed to provide you with practical, scientifically based skills that you can use in daily life situations to help you maintain a clear focus in the midst of stressful demands, to sense your own needs more clearly, create more compassion for other people and cultivate overall well-being. The course includes daily practicing (maximum 8 participants per course).​​​

Course Curriculum

Lesson 1

The Art and Science of Meditation

In the first session you will explore the foundations of mindfulness, honoring its ancient routes. You will learn about the two basics types of meditation - concentration and mindfulness - and what makes meditation so effective. We will also be looking at how you can work with challenges that might come up during the practice of meditation. A guided meditation includes setting your intention and the sacred pause.

Lesson 3 & 4

Mindfulness of Emotions and Feelings

In Week 3 you’ll learn the art of bringing mindfulness to your emotions and feeling states. We will explore how to free ourselves from inner conflicts by bringing mindful and kind awareness to the stories and feelings that make up our emotional life.​

Lesson 6

Mindful Awareness and Acceptance

This session will focus on our resistance against what we see as unpleasant. You will explore the always present "feeling tone", the lense through which we experience life and how you can change  the way you relate to the stress and pain in your life by working with resistance and being with things as they are in that moment. What we resist persists.

Lesson 2 

Mindfulness of the Breath and the Body

In Week 2 you will focus on the ground of mindfulness by bringing mindful attention to the breath and sensations in the body. You will receive the foundational practice of conscious breathing and body scans. You will notice the mind's tendency to be lost in thoughts and we create an opportunity to become fully present into our lives. Be right where you are.

Lesson 5

Mindfulness of Thoughts

This session will support you and your mindfulness practice to work with your storytelling mind. The primarily element in meditation is training to awaken from the constant torrent of thoughts, unhelpful thinking patterns and the stories we are constantly creating in our minds. Exploring the bodies reaction to stress and worries.

You will learn skills that transform thoughts into liberating possibilities. 

Lesson 7

"Where the rubber meets the road"

And then...

After you've finished the course, you will receive access to our 60 Minute Group Meditation every two weeks.

The 7- session course fee is an upfront investment.

Everyone despite their financial situation should have the opportunity to learn how to meditate.  We operate in an honesty system.
